2nd Grade
As the school year progresses we are enthusiastically moving forward with our Mexican Folk Art Unit…All grades are learning about the geography of Mexico, Mexican Folk Art, Warm and Cool color families, geometric design, contour lines and shading.
We are up to our ears in paper sculpted pumpkins!!! The students have learned many elements of art….cutting , applying, designing, painting with water-color paint, …..and boy-oh-boy!!! What a splendid mess we are making!
